AI automation and systems studio. Buenos Aires.
AI automation and internal software for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and rented tools.
We are unusual in one way. We run our own agency on the systems we sell, so every tool below solved a problem we had ourselves before it was ever offered to anyone else.
01
What we build
Three kinds of work
Internal tools and dashboards
The spreadsheet three people edit at once, rebuilt as software. Next.js and Postgres, running on your accounts, repo handed over at the end.
Workflow and AI automation
Pipelines that take a messy input and return a structured result: transcription, classification, scoring against a rubric, routed into the tools your team already opens every day.
Voice agents for inbound calls
Cascaded architecture with the speech layer behind a provider interface, so switching vendor is a configuration change rather than a rewrite.
02
Systems we run
Built for ourselves first
Software we built for ourselves and use daily. Status labels are literal.
| Name | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| BTC OS | In production | The platform Bad Taste Creatives runs on. Video transcription, email triage and content evaluation in one application. Client 001 is our own agency, which is why the bugs get found here instead of at a client. |
| Content Radar | In production | Runs daily. A cheap metadata prefilter decides what is worth transcribing, then a full rubric pass scores whatever survives the gate. Built because transcribing everything costs more than the answer is worth. |
| Voice agent platform | In build | Inbound call handling on a cascaded stack, with the speech provider behind an interface so it can be swapped without touching agent logic. |

How we work
Four commitments
- Accounts stay in your name. Every API key and every subscription billed to you, not resold through us.
- Source code and prompts are delivered as built. No compiled black box, no logic that only runs on our hosting.
- We tell you where architectural lock-in exists in your stack, including the parts we introduced.
- You can leave with everything still running. That is the test we design against.

Who
Who you are working with
Lothric Logic is Nicolás Tordó. A decade in production and operations, most recently running podcast and video delivery across multiple clients at JLS Video Agency. That background is why the questions here are about process, ownership and exit paths before they are about demos.
Bad Taste Creatives, our sister content agency, is where most of this software gets tested before anyone else sees it.
